WTF

Yes the blog is about Pork and Whiskey, but they’ll be posts on food in general, BBQ, BBQ restaurant reviews, beer, festivals and other things in my twisted mind that I can relate to the title. I live in Charleston SC and I try to do what I can to find new BBQ, interesting recipes, and better beer.

    Dear Rev Chimpy

    I knew I liked your blog earlier, but now that I noticed the link to the Dogfish Head Brews on the sidebar, I am even more impressed. Here in the heartland we can’t get that stuff, although there are a few places in Colorado where it can be purchased. It is wonderful stuff, and you obviously have excellent taste!

    awesomeness.. i ran a liqour store and worked at a bbq joint… but now we cook or own whisky and smoke our own bbq in mcclellanville.. wtf?
